Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

A common misconception is to think that executive coaching is for the exclusive realm of the C-Suite - and once upon a time, it was. But today, professional coaching is more accessible than ever no matter your position on the organisation chart. No matter who you are, you not only have the capacity for growth and leadership development but access as well.

24-hour Cancellation Policy: Please call us at 082 212 1574 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you may be charged partial or the full fee for the session.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late to a session will not extend the session time. Please be on time to ensure you receive the full benefits of your allotted time.

Single Sessions and Pre-Paid Packages: Full refunds are provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. This policy also applies to pre-paid packages, which must be paid in full before the commencement of the sessions.

Discounted Packages: All discounted packages require payment in advance and are subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy for refunds.

Courses and Workshops: Full refunds for courses and workshops are available up to 7 days before the start date. If you cancel less than 7 days before, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be available once the course or workshop has begun.

Exceptions: Exceptions to our refund policy can be considered on a case-by-case basis in circumstances such as severe illness or family emergencies. Documentation may be required for verification.

This policy enables us to maintain a high standard of service and respect the time and commitment of all our clients. Thank you for understanding and adhering to these terms.
